Eyewear by Versace & January Jones
After the Italian design house featured the Mad Men actress in its super-sexy spring accessory campaign (and after she created major buzz for wearing that red Versace gown at the Golden Globes), it’s not surprising that they’re now collaborating even further. Versace has named its newest line of eyewear after Jones, fittingly called January J. Consisting of both sunglasses and optical styles (in colors ranging from funky red to more subdued tortoise), each pair has metal detailing on the temples in the image of Medusa.
Versace declares that when you look at these glasses head on “an entire 3D Medusa head is visible, branding the January J collection unmistakably as coming from the house of Versace.” “Versace is an iconic brand that has always represented women in the most flattering way,” Jones chimes in.
“Its appeal to me is that they make women look and feel sexy, classic, timeless.”
The The January J collection hits stores in April.
