The designer just launch his new concept, called No.21. The line will be sold exclusively on The Corner this fall

It’s not everyday that you can get two super famous fashion people into the same room for more than 15 minutes, but somehow ecommerce site The Corner managed to coordinate time for stylist and fashion alien Anna Dello Russo to interview designer Alessandro Dell’Acqua.



The two talk about everything from the first moment they met (backstage at a fashion show, of course) to Dell’Acqua’s obsession with imperfection to his new concept, called No.21. The line will be sold exclusively on The Corner this fall and will feature streamlined clothes that focus on the quality of the material they’re made out of. Like most good lines do.



For the time being, Dell’Acqua is focused on developing the No.21 concept, and Dello Russo says that’s a good thing. “I believe creative cycles last no longer than eight years,” she says. “Transform and reinvent yourself.” Take a look at the video below, and tell us if you think that’s a good idea.
