Evening Makeup Looks
Evening makeup doesn’t always have to be dark, smoky and dramatic. Actually, sometimes less is more. We’ve been noticing some soft, natural and romantic evening makeup looks and narrowed down some great products to achieve them.
First, if you’re not going to go with smoky eyeshadows – it’s important to have a great mascara. Givenchy’s Phenomen’Eyes mascara is perfect because it grips lashes starting at the root, and perfectly curls and separates them– making them flawlessly fanned.
Second, to give your cheeks a perfect glow and a rosy touch – try Chanel’s Jouse Contraste Powder Blush. This product is available in lots of lovely shades and makes skin radiant with a remarkably silky texture. It lifts and softens the face for a youthful and fun look.
Last, for luscious lips – Guerlain Rouge G lipstick in Rose Innocent. It is a soft pink with subtle yellow undertones, leaving lips looking neutral and natural.
But, if you love dark dramatic evening makeup, we have some great products for you to try out as well.
First, smoky eyes are gorgeous but sometimes hard to get “right.” For a spring ready smoky eye, try Dior’s 3 Couleurs Ready-to-Wear Smoky Eyes Palette in Smoky Navy. This navy palette will give you a brighter smoky eye great for a warm, spring evening.
Second, the perfect smoky eye isn’t complete without dark eyeliner. Smashbox Limitless Eyeliner is a great option. The formula is creamy, easy to apply and will give your eyes striking definition.
In need of a good lip color? Try L’Oreal Infallible Lip Gloss. It comes in lots of mouthwatering shades and is the perfect combination of lipstick and lip gloss. It gives long lasting color and glossy shine!
