Spring 2012 Collection
Sergio Rossi is known for his excellent craftsmanship, and designs that are classic with a twist of a fun. His career as a shoe designer began in the 1950’s but really took off in the 1980’s, when designers elected Rossi’s shoes to be worn down the runway. Today, Sergio Rossi is still one of the most celebrated shoe designers and his Spring 2012 collection is one of the many reasons why. Sergio Rossi’s Creative Director, Francesco Russo, shared that this collection was greatly inspired by Japanese Bondage art of Shibuya. Styles of this season featured knotted silk cords, bright, rich and exquisite colors as well as pops of floral detailing. Overall, this collection is playful, sexy, and colorful — perfect to wear this spring!
