Derek Blasberg is an editor, fashion writer and a New York Times best selling author. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri – Blasberg attended NYU and graduated with degrees in Dramatic Literature and Journalism. His career began in 2004 as an assistant at Vogue magazine. Currently, Blasberg is the Editor at Large of Harper’s Bazaar as well as the editor of VMAN and a senior editor at V Magazine.
In 2010, Blasberg wrote his first book, which was a hilarious compilation of essays and illustrations aimed at young women, titled “Classy: Exceptional Advice for the Extremely Modern Lady.” During it’s second week on the shelves, “Classy” officially earned the prestigious honor as a New York Times Best Seller.
