Peter Pilotto

Peter Pilotto loved the vibrant and bold prints this season. These prints were splashed all over key collection trends such as peplum tops, Spring-weight jackets, and sexy cut-out dresses. But, the silhouettes almost took a backseat to the aforementioned prints and textural beaded details. Other collection stand-outs included high-slit hemlines and printed, lace-up sandals.

Christopher Kane

Christopher Kane designed for the real lady this spring… well, maybe the lady with a rougher side. His collection featured a pastel color palette, sheer fabric, floral embellishments and biker jackets. These seemingly opposite items seemed to compliment each other perfectly. These feminine pieces were roughed up with black electrical tape and rubber bows – a true sign of the designers’ quirkiness. Overall, a unique spring collection for the confident fashionista.

Erdem

Erdem also brought us a sophisticated and very lady-like spring collection complete with touches of lace, floral appliqués and the classic sheath dress silhouette. Done in mostly soft shades of blue and yellow, anchored by black and white and brightened by bright pink and orange… this collection really was impeccable and rather incredible. Collection highlights included the sprinkling in of some modern snakeskin, contemporary cut-outs and few relaxed, sporty styles.
