Their runway featured local darling-of-the-moment Cara Delevigne, who headlined the ranks of models standing on the podium in Neville and Wainwright’s Dakar rally-inspired collection. In sporty white, green and streamlined black leather, the looks were inspired by sportswear enough to be tailored, practical and wearable, yet remained light and airy in desert-weight cotton. Panels of leather were cut with smooth curves reminiscent of those sand dunes the motocross riders cross, adding boyish brashness to cropped biker jacket that in themselves offered a sense of intrigue and adventure. All in all it was tightly edited collection of streamlined yet bold clothes that would be equally as suitable for sports, adventure or the high street.
