1) His complete name is Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani.

2) He´s best known as “The last
emperor of fashion”
or as “The dress master”.

3) He has 5 pugs as pets, their names are:
Molly, Milton, Monty, Margot and Maude.

4) Loves animals and pets specially because: “They love you so deeply and wait for you like crazy”.

5) Has photographic memory, he remember exactly for whom and when he has made a dress.

6) Jackie Kennedy married Aristotle Onassis with a wedding Valentino dress.

7) He became really famous in
1961, when Elizabeth Taylor attended the premiere of “Spartacus” wearing a Valentino.

8) The couturier´s press agent called Taylor afterwards and asked her if she will accept to be photographed with Valentino, she said yes as long as the designer gave her a dress as a present. Elizabeth chose then the most expensive dress of the collection.

9) He was born in Milán and after moving to Paris to become a couturier he took theatre and dancing lessons.

10) He was Guy Laroche´s apprentice in his youth.
