Con la llegada del buen tiempo y las altas temperaturas, a la hora de comer suelen apetecernos platos fáciles de elaborar y fresquitos, así como frutas de temporada. Hoy os enseño uno de mis postres favoritos y que reúne todo lo anterior, además de tres de los básicos en nuestra alimentación diaria: lácteos, frutas y cereales integrales. ¡Y la presentación no puede ser más ideal!

When the good weather and the summer arrives, I love eating cool food, easy to make, as well as seasonal fruits. Today I show one of my favorites desserts that meets all the previous things, in addition to the three basics in our daily nutrition: milk products, fruits and wholegrains. And the presentation can’t be more ideal!

Uno de los estampados estrella de la temporada es, sin lugar a dudas, el étnico. Inundando infinidad de prendas, consigue dar el toque especial y alegre a nuestros looks tanto de día como de noche. Combinar con otras más sencillas es la clave para dar todo el protagonismo a este print y que brille por sí solo, ¡el éxito está asegurado!

 Shorts étnicos ligeramente deshilachados con camiseta y biker boots son los elegidos para hoy. Los complementos juegan un papel importante y la pulsera, además de original, aporta un toque de color; junto a ella, un elegante cinturón con hebilla dorada y ¡listo el look!

One of the star print for this season is the ethnic one. In a lots of clothes, it gives the special and cheerful touch to our looks both by night and by day. Combine it with other more simple is the key to give all the starring to this print and make it shine, the success is secured!

 New Balance: uno de los últimos objetos de deseo entre fashionistas. Un calzado de lo más cómodo apto para cualquier look e ideal para poner el contrapunto a esos informales pero con un toque arreglado. Con blazer, por ejemplo, forman la pareja perfecta porque…¿quién dijo que comodidad y estilo están reñidos?

Mi apuesta de hoy ha sido llevarlas con jeans, una sencilla blusa y blazer. Ésta última, sólo por su corte así como el tejido y color da un aire elegante al conjunto, en un principio impensable al llevar unas zapatillas deportivas. Una cartera sobre negra completa el outfit; aunque eso sí, para hacerlo algo más sofisticado, ¡que no falte el infalible rouge de labios!

New Balance: one of the last objects of desire between fashionistas. A shoe very comfortable perfect to any look and ideal to put the counterpoint to those more informal but with an elegant touch. With blazer, for example, they form the perfect couple because…who said that comfort and style are at odds?

My bet today has been wear them with jeans, a simple blouse and blazer. This last one, only for its cut like the tissue and color give an elegant touch to the look, at first unthinkable when you are wearing some sneakers. Black bag complete the outfit; although to make it more sophisticated, the infallible lip rouge is perfect!
