I honestly believe this outfit  has the basic items everybody should have in their wardrobe… white graphic t-shirt, leather jacket, denim shirt, black shorts and ankle booties. The leather jacket is from Chicwish, I dont know why I never posted it before. I always wear it with black black sheer tunics or blouses..I love how the sleeves mildly remind me of the medieval era.
I’m in finals right now so I won’t write much on the following posts. The good news is theres a bunch of outfits I’ll be posting almost every day.

*Creo que este outfit es la combinación de las prendas básicas que cualquiera debe tener. Casaca de cuero negra, t-shirt blanco con estampado, shorts negros, camisa de jean y botines. La casaca/chaqueta (aveces se me complica escribir en castellano por que me leen de distintos países y algunos/as quizas o entienden algunas palabras, jaja) es de Chicwish . No se por que no la había posteado antes acá.  Suelo usarla casi siempre con conjuntos todos negros, me gusta por que las mangas tienen un estilo como medieval.
Ando en medio de finales estos dias así que no puedo ni podre escribir mucho pero la buena noticia es que tengo demasiados outfits de los ultimos dias que planeo postear seguido! Tambien les cuento que voy a poner las ultimas cosas que vendere antes de irme a Peru en mi tienda.

man what a day I’ve had..  a presentation and classes non stop from 9 to 5 (no breaks whatsoever) and after that going to the post office, chasing a couple of UPS trucks that had a package for me, grocery shopping and walking for hours around 99cent store because I just love to buy everything that costs one buck..  But it was kind of fun. I still  have a lot of exams before spring semester ends. ahh I cant wait to have much more spare time and enjoy my two free weeks in NY before I go back to Peru for vacations.
Anyways, this is LITERALLY the outfit I’ve worn the most in my entire life. like seriously… I alway put this coat and t-shirt together when I dont feel like mixing together different combinations. the shoes were actually black and white but I sprayed them in black to make them more wearable! hope you like it!

que tal dia he tenido! presentación en la mañana y clases sin parar, almorcé tardisimo,  luego he corrido al post office antes de que cierre ,  de ahi perseguido a dos camiones de UPS, hice compras , y de ahi me dieron ganas de deambular por 99 cent store durante horas por que si..me encanta ver cosas baratas a un dolar (comida mas que nada). Pero ha sido un dia medio productivo.. todavia me quedan unos cuantos examenes antes de terminar el semestre.. ya quiero salir de vacaciones para disfrutar las semanas que voy a tener libre acá en NY antes de volver a Peru por dos meses.
En fin, este conjunto es literalmente el que mas he usado en mi vida.. cuando no quiero pensar que ponerme siempre recurro a este abrigo y este t-shirt. Los zapatos eran blancos y negros en realidad.. pero con ayuda de  spray negro quedaron como salen en las fotos… me gusta mas ya que los puedo combinar con mil cosas mas.

I had to pair this amazing t-shirt with the thunder blouse underneath, I really like how the blue adds to the black and white of the crop top. The t-shirt is from Number A.. I got it via Chictopia Shop. Its such a great platform with great items from different brands , definitely worth it to check it out. Anyways I just realized I havent worn shorts with tights for a long while, how I missed those kind of outfits. I cant believe I forgot how much I love to pair cut offs with tights! This pair of shorts are from She Inside, definitely my new favorite black shorts now.

Tenia que combinar este t-shirt con la blusa de truenos abajo. Me gusta como el azul de la blusa complementa el blanco y negro del top. El t-shirt es de Number A y lo consegui via la tienda de Chictopia.. Chictopia Shop es increible por que te permite ver prendas de distintas marcas en una sola plataforma.
En fin, con este look me di cuenta que hace mucho tiempo que no usaba shorts con panties/medias. Me habia olvidado cuanto me gusta crear conjuntos con esa combinacion.

Thanks to Camote Soup, this skirt came all the way from Peru to New York. I can’t believe its real. The designer had the brilliant initiative of creating a garment with such a representative element of the Peruvian cultural past. It’s a picture of Machu Picchu; an amazing archaeological site in Peru considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This spot is located in Cusco, near the mountain ranges, part of the Andes. “The Lost City of the Incas” visually conveys the significance of the Incan Empires history giving us such a strong insight of a whole civilization. Its breathtaking how the environmental and architectural elements unify with the slopes of the mountain ridge.
You genuinely feel connected with both the nature and the human race. It gives me chills how a place can be spiritually alive for so many generations. And well I just realized I miss Peru so much I got a little emotional.

Gracias a Camote Soup esta falda viajo desde Perú a Ny. Me encanta. La diseñadora tuvo la brillante idea de crear una pieza con una imagen demasiado representativa del pasado cultural peruano. Es una foto de Machu Picchu, un sitio arqueológico impresionante en Perú, que es considerado una de las siete maravillas del mundo. Este sitio queda en Cusco, entre las montañas de la sierra. “La ciudad perdida de los Incas”, demuestra visualmente la historia del imperio incaico y te permite comprender de manera mas profunda esta civilización. Te sientes tan conectado con los alrededores, tanto humanos como naturales que llega ser mágico. Amo los lugares que retienen espiritualidad en el ambiente. En realidad mientras escribo esto estoy contando los días para regresar a Peru y ver si puedo volver a ir a Cusco.. que pena que hace mucho tiempo no voy.

I wore this yesterday because I was literally dead and wanted to put some comfortable clothes to go to get something for lunch. I feel this is not a very innovative outfit but I still wanted to show you how are some of my reaally lazy days. Anyways this parka is just amazing, for real it even might replace the other one that was literally falling to pieces. I just love pairing a parka with everything.
I am in the middle of classes right now so I better go and finish a couple of assignments I had. Hope your weekend was great!

Esto es lo que use ayer. En realidad estaba super cansada y solo me dieron ganas de ponerme jeans y algo comodo para almorzar. Se que no es un look muy inovador pero aun asi queria mostrarles que aveces tengo dias un poco flojos :) En fin, la parka es increible, creo que va a reemplazar la que usaba siempre, que por cierto ya esta un poco vieja jaja. Estoy entre clases ahorita y todavia me faltan varias horas mas asi que los dejo. Espero que hayan tenido un lindo fin.

These pictures were actually taken some weeks ago, when my hair still had the ombre. Now I dyed the tips with a semi permanent dye so I guess they will eventually go back to blonde. Anyways I love this top from Romwe.. im not a big fan of super colorful prints but when combined with other casual elements I think they look great. I actually posted a veeeery similar outfit here (you can see how I paired it slightly different). As you may have noticed, ive been using a brighter magenta lipstick. I decided to alternate a bit from the typical dark red lip color. This one is from Lime Crime, you can find it here. Anyways I have a presentation tomorrow and Im nervous to death so I better go and practice. I really hate presenting and get all anxious.. I usually talk too fast, get red and stuff like that.. it kills me.

Estas fotos son de hace varias semanas cuando todavia tenia el ombre mas marcado… ahora me he pintado las puntas rojas con un tinte semi permanente, así que probablemente se aclaren de nuevo. En fin este top de Romwe me gusta un monton… no soy muy fan de los prints floreados y coloridos pero creo que cuando los combinas con elementos mas casuales se ven increíbles. Como podrán ver he estado usando un lipstick medio fucsia a diferencia del tipico rojo oscuro que siempre llevo.. es de Lime Crime, lo pueden conseguir acá. Bueno debo irme a practicar para una presentación que tengo que dar mañana. Odio las presentaciones siempre me pongo nerviosa y hablo super rapido y me pongo roja.

I cant stop wearing this leggings. They are the best thing ever and they look great with everything. I got them from Mix Moss, you should check that store out.. they got some nice stuff and really affordable!
Anyways, I think am deeply & emotionally attached to this t-shirt.  honestly…  I have a proper fascination with indian culture since the moment I watched A Little Princess when I was about six years old. I used to watch  the scenes in India over and over again and fell in love with the indian melodies of the soundtrack. It also reminds me to my mum, we used to talk (still do) so much about spiritual subjects … I feel she would appreciate this t-shirt like I do.
Anyways I know I’ve slowed down a bit with the posts but I’ve been having terribly busy days, not to mention I shipped so many stuff already!  From now on keep checking back because I am going to post a lot of new outfits. Also check Le happy Shop there are only a few things left!

No puedo quitarme estas leggings,  son demasaido comodas y bellas. Las consegui en Mix Moss, una tienda de la que ya les hable antes, totalmente recomendable.
En fin, creo que le tengo demasiado apego a este polo. Lo compre hace como un mes y lo he estado usando demasiado. Siempre le tuve mucho respeto y fascinacion por la cultura hindu y el budhismo. El top me recuerda mucho a mi mama tambien, se que le encantaria… cuando vivia en Peru conversaba muchisimo con ella sobre temas espirituales.
En fin, se que me he lenteado con los posts y no he posteado tantos looks ultimamente, pero he andado ocupada todo el tiempo. Ya no me quedan mas de dos semanas de clases. Chequeen el blog seguido por que planeo postear muchos outfits en estos dias. Tambien visiten la tienda Le happy Shop que ya no quedan muchas cosas!
