one year ago more or less I showed you a video explaining my daily care using Nivea products, so, even I don´t usually post beauty post, sometimes I really like to share with you my beauty tips and some new products that I´ve discovered. for me, Nivea didn´t have until now a specifically line of products for oil and mix skin, but now they´ve launched this new line of products for specific oil & mix skins like mine…and they´re using seaweed that helps to regenerate the skin and they´ve included new references that adapt pretty well for this kind of complicated skins. Hace mas o menos un año os presentaba una linea de cuidado de la mano de Nivea a través de un video explicando mi rutina de belleza diaria, pues bien, no suelo hacer post sobre artículos de belleza aunque de vez en cuando me gusta compartir mis truquitos y productos que voy descubriendo. Para mí a Nivea le faltaba una linea específica de cuidado para pieles mixtas y grasas como la mía, y por fin la han creado… además en ella utilizan algas marinas que ayudan a regenerar la piel y han incluido nuevas referencias que se adaptan mucho mejor a este tipo de pieles tan complicadas. every single morning I apply Gel Purifying cleanser that cleans pores deeply and maintains the natural moisture balance of the skin, it has exfoliating particles that prevent and reduce excess sebum. From all I’ve tried (some Nivea products between them) I think this product is the best, because despite having small granules they help peel and the quantity is small so it´s not aggressive, although it leaves very clean and smooth my skin . Thanks to all the collaborations I´ve made since I have the blog, some makeup artists have helped me to find the ideal products for my skin and especially learn me how to use them (below I explain how I use moisturizer) and I have recently talked about the importance of this type of exfoliating gels to maintain my skin clean.
Cada mañana aplico el Gel limpiador purificante que limpia los poros en profundidad y mantiene el equilibrio de hidratación natural de la piel, tienen partículas exfoliantes que previenen las impurezas y reducen el exceso de sebo. De todos los que he probado (algunos anteriores de Nivea entre ellos) este producto me parece de los mejores, dado que a pesar de tener pequeños gránulos que ayudan a la exfoliación su cantidad es pequeña y no agreden tanto la piel, aunque la dejan muy limpia y suave. Gracias a todas las colaboraciones que he hecho desde que tengo el blog, algunos maquilladores me han ayudado a encontrar los productos ideales para mi piel y sobre todo me han enseñado como utilizarlos (mas abajo os explico como utilizo la crema hidratante) y recientemente me han hablado sobre la importancia de este tipo de geles exfoliantes para mantener la piel bien limpia.
Secondly I use the refreshing tonic that helps me remove shines from skin, hydrates and reduces excess sebum in the worst areas to avoid the brightness (to me this is basic, because there are so many brights in the T-zone area that are difficult to control, these tonics are essential to try to hold them off.)
En segundo lugar utilizo el tónico refrescante que me ayuda a matificar la piel, la hidrata y reduce el exceso de sebo en las zonas mas grasas para evitar el brillo (para mí esto es básico, ya que en la zona T se generan muchos brillos que son difíciles de controlar, estos tónicos son imprescindibles para intentar mantenerlos a raya.)
and finally I use the cream mattifying day care that also has an SPF of 15 which is very important, something that I discovered recently and so far only used creams without sunscreen, but it´s becoming more convenient to protect our skin from sunlight even in winter. How do I apply this cream? My skin is complex, despite having it mixed / oil in some areas such as the cheeks, temples, and other nearby areas it´s dehydrated, it´s in those areas where some people recommended me using more product and a little bit of product around T -zone where it generates excess of sebum.

y por último utilizo la crema de cuidado de día matificante que además tiene un factor de protección 15 lo cual es muy importante, algo que he descubierto recientemente ya que hasta ahora solo utilizaba cremas sin protección solar, pero cada vez es mas conveniente proteger nuestra piel de los rayos solares incluso en invierno. ¿cómo me aplico esta crema? Mi piel es compleja, a pesar de tenerla mixta/grasa en algunas zonas como las mejillas, las sienes y otras áreas cercanas sufre deshidratación, es en esas áreas donde me han recomendado utilizar mas producto y en cambio a penas aplicar un poco sobre la zona T y laterales de la nariz donde se genera la mayor parte del exceso de sebo.
Estos son los pasos que sigo cada mañana para intentar mantener el complicado equilibrio de la piel. Se que a muchas no os va a servir este post específico para pieles mixtas/grasas, pero Nivea tiene una linea de cuidado específicada para cada tipo de piel y ya podéis probarla a través de su web pinchando aquí.
