Quick outfit post before I begin preparations for a busy next two weeks! I wore my Wolford stockings underneath a sheer chiffon skirt tossed over my floral bandeau and matching bottoms from American Apparel when Michael and I snuck out to our favorite view points overlooking LA. It was another unseasonably warm day, warm enough to comfortably wear something light as chiffon and mesh and call it an outfit. Luckily, a change of setting will put these sun kissed photographs to a pause seeing that I’m replacing desert landscapes for sky scrapers in less than twelve hours. Here’s to hoping I pack enough coats to brace the New York “cold” tomorrow (I’m one of those people who feel cold just standing in the shade!) Hopefully the title of this post won’t invite a misdirected audience, yesterday’s outfit consisted of a monochromatic look in a nude tone palette. I used different textures such as knits and a faux python print to balance out the color with the intention of avoiding looking naked in public. After all, how many of you are guilty of taking a double take of people who wear flesh-toned shirts in public? I definitely have.

Moving forward, I’m happy to announce that the winner of the D.ra Giveaway is Audrey from Singapore! Congratulations Audrey ! I’m e-mailing you the details right now. Also I’m excited to share that I’m heading to New York Fashion Week this upcoming Wednesday, immediately followed by Magic Tradeshow right afterwards. Stoked to see all my friends on both sides of the country for both massive productions. I’ll be hosting and speaking at a handful of panels in Vegas, so…hope to see you guys there!
