Stay in pajamas, scoop up in bed with a cup of tea/bowl of ice-cream and watch Cartoon Network all day.

Lazy day? Oooh, lazy days, my homeworks aren’t stronger than you are… I would like to beat you! But what can I do? I imagine myself beating you on a horse with a very fancy sword… But this imagine makes me sleepy and instead – I fall asleep on that horse (what is actually a comfy chair) and the fancy sword (tv controller) stays in my hand as lazy as I am.

Lots of greetings from Czech republic – where actually rains and I have lots of things to do but instead of everything I love daydreaming about fairytales. Isn’t that better than everything?

  • Jenny says:

I like to catch up on all the TV shows I’ve recorded and read fashion magazines :)

  • Jeline says:

Omg, I love Rose Tatu! I discovered their shop a long time ago. I covet their items! ♥
On a slow, lazy day I love to sit down, read a good book, drink tea, frolic in the garden, listen to soothing music, take a nice long afternoon walk, take beautiful photographs of anything and everything for the whole world to see the beauty of life, blog, look at fashion blogs/online stores lookbooks to inspire me, talk to my friends, play with my dog, bake brownies or cookies, draw and paint! I know that’s a lot but every single day must be spent well! ♥

  • Jamie says:

On lazy days, I draw & paint, do movie marathons and eat! ♥

  • Annemarie says:

I write songs on my guitar all day and paint while lying on my floor wrapped in a blanked and paintingbrushes in my hair to hold my hair up :3

  • Elaine Hong says:

Oh man! i go crazy over miniature house items on jewelry! Anyway, on lazy days I tend to make sweets for friends or when i feel like not being a total recluse I either go to a quiet coffee shop and people watch or take long walks at parks (on nice cool days). I think it’s very important to be surrounded by company, even if they are strangers!

  • Sade says:

Thanks for hosting this giveaway ! The necklace is gorgeous !
On a slow day I’ll just watch some TV and play the piano and maybe cook some sweets or cakes ^^

  • Ana says:

On a lazy day I like to read a book,or draw,or surf the Internet or watch some dramas! There are so many options,I could never get bored!I always find things to do ^^.

  • Roxx says:

Lazy days are my favorite ones. Since I broke with my boyfriend I do one the the following things on a lazy day:

    1. Matrix. My favorite movie in the world. No matter how many times I watch it I still can’t get enough of it. I always find myself returning to it, especially on boring, lazy days. It hypes me up and gives me a strange joy. Neo certainly has that effect on me (and probably many other fans hehe).

    2. Call my best friend and just lay in bed with her, talking, reminiscing, enjoying ourselves. I had such a day yesterday actually. I called her to come by my place at around 1 pm and she left at 12 am. Luckily for us, we live really close to each other.
We didn’t even notice how fast the hours past by, we just sat together and had fun, laughed, talked and ate chocolate.

Chocolate is a must on lazy days. If you want to hang around the house and do nothing, why not eat a chocolate too? You can lay around and do nothing AND have a sweet taste in your mouth. Yumm!

  • Arielle Berze says:

A lazy day?? All I would do is stay in my pajamas and read a good book and a few blogs. Or ogle new laptops and phones…
On a lazy but not so lazy day, I’d be baking though!

  • Sara Gouveia says:

    Hi!

On a lazy day I just stay in a big couch and watch some good series, probably if it’s raining outside. Or I’d go for some coffee with my good old friends! that’s quite enough for me to chill!

thank you and keep up the good work

  • Helen C says:

I like to listen to music and sew, or to play piano. Thank you for the giveaway

  • Caitlin says:

On a lazy day, I like to introspect. It’s nice to take a breather and take a look at your life. Lazy days are often accompanied by rain (because who wants to go out when it looks like a typhoon outside?) so I’ll put on a rainy day music playlist and sit back and write/type out a journal entry about my life. If I try to write when I’m stressed out, the entries end up just being a jumble of anxiety, so slow days are the best days to think about your feelings, do some online window shopping, make a list of movies you want to watch or books you want to read, and maybe pick one off the list. Or I simply stay in my bed and scroll through blogs/tumblr/pinterest, haha.

  • I spend my lazy days with the airconditioner switched on along with the TV. I immerse myself in movies of various genres, hoping to get lost and found in these alternate worlds while I drink some hot chocolate milk.

That said, it’s pretty much difficult to separate me from my bed whenever needed (like if it’s time for lunch, in which case I gobble up the main dish fast and bring back with me whatever dessert I could find in the fridge).

But, if I don’t find any movie interesting at the time, I end up lounging in front of my laptop, looking at pretty clothes and pretty people and pretty things and getting myself inspired instead of coveting them all day. (I try my hardest to avoid yummy food pictures, because they’re the worst kind of torture, haha!)

The most productive thing I’ve ever done on a lazy day was mixing-and-matching the outfits in my closet, because I totally want to maximize all my pieces in college. I draw the outfits in my doodle notebook and hope it’d be handy when the time comes. The paradox in ennui is that you tend to be productive, after all!

  • Samantha says:

Hmm..I haven’t had much in the way of ‘lazy days’ these past 8 months, what with it being my last year in uni (yaay! almost done!). BUT: I have a nice long break until my last exam, and I’m making up for all those lost lazy days >=D (atleast until the pressure to study for that last exam builds up).
Here’s what I like to do:
    - knit (leaves my brain free to whirr and whiz and reminisce)
    - watch anime (never hurts to brush up on those Japanese skills!)
    - look up funky hair colour styles :P
    - pick random ingredients from whatever food items I have lying around, look up a recipe and make it! And then feed the results to my minions…I mean siblings :P (don’t worry, I always make sure my cooking experiments are 1. edible, 2. taste acceptable)

  • Maggie says:

On a lazy day… depending on the weather, I will usually make myself a cup of lavender green tea, and just lay down somewhere, reading a novel. I have a whole list of books I’ll be reading over the summer this way! When the weather is nice, I will go out to my backyard and read, but if it isn’t, I’ll just stay at home, and make myself cozy! I also put up classical music in the background, such as Verdi or Mozart, and even Beethoven!

Sometimes, I take out my clothes from my cupboard, I use and I try to combine something, after that, I take a photo of myself, then I post my photo on my blog or chictopia XD

I hope, I can be the winner :3

A slow and lazy day means…time to look at fashion blogs (such as yours, Mayo:D), trying to be inspired. Next, I’ll peek into my own closet to see if any of my items can be worn to create a whole new look based on the inspiration I got from blogs earlier;) then suddenly, my lazy and slow day becomes a productive day, when my creativity fully flourishes<3

Or I may just play with my bf's dog:D she's not mine, obviously, but she acts so spoiled around me that I sometimes forget that she's not mine.

Thank you for the giveaway, Mayo:)

On a slow and lazy day- just like today-, I like designing party dresses, watching videos about handcraft or discovering new veggie recipes. I try to invest my time on things that I can’t do on normal days.
But whenever I don’t even feel like doing anything, I lie down on the sofa and watch a film (fun is also very necessary!).

And that’s basically all I can tell you; I hope these ‘tasks’ help you to organize your time and make it more useful :)

  • Ks. says:

    (liked rose tatu on fb!)

I’ve just returned home from my first year of university, so for me the past few days have been a string of slow and lazy days. This is the breakdown of my day so far:

Wake up at noon. Enjoy a long, luxurious bath until the water gets cold and I grow tired of wallowing in my own filth. Dress in sweats and a sweatshirt (bra optional). No socks – socks are for the people who actually have a purpose today. Just enjoy the feeling of cold feet for one day, damn it.

Settle on the couch in front of the TV with a blanket and laptop. With the sounds of trashy reality television shows acting as background noise to crush any desire for human company, get on the net and do what I do best: waste time. Creep indulgently on Facebook; scroll past dozens of pictures on Tumblr; spend hours watching videos of cute animals on Youtube and cursing the day my dog died.

Interrupt this session with a bathroom break. While I’m up, eat some no-prep food like cereal, chips, candy, and ice cream. Today is an “off day,” so feel free to indulge in whatever. Regret and self-loathing will come tomorrow.

Back to the internet. While sitting in sweats with a bare face and uncombed hair, check out the fashion blogs. Bookmark cute outfits and DIY posts, hype looks on Lookbook.nu, check out any coupons for online shopping. Spend a couple hours adding clothes and accessories to shopping carts, realize that I can’t afford any of it, and exit the window while thinking longingly of peplum, pastel, and colorblocking.

It’s okay, I tell myself, there are always giveaways.

On lazy days I usually get up as late as possible (reverse of a normal human’s sleep/wake hours : D), read lots of favourite fashion/style blogs (of course), eat some sweet stuff and take my time to draw. Oh, and occasionally find lovely giveaways like this one.
Had to check the rose tatu website and fell in love with their accessories right away<3

On a slow and lazy day
    when time is frozen
    alongside my
    homemade strawberry sorbet
I let the angelic voice of Teresa Teng envolve me
    like a cocoon
    a cup of hot cocoa
    with extra whipped cream
side by side a cupcake or two
    I dim the light
    and light scented candles instead
    cuddling with my teddy
and maybe watch a black and white movie
    of love
    and thrill
in a universe far, far away
I pick up an old paperback
    of ancient poems
and let the words flow in my tongue
    ever smooth
    ever silky
    maybe
    when the sun is retiring
    I will take a walk
and let the specks of gold and orange
    color my hair
    and skin
    in a city so crowded
where all the stars fall from heaven
    and adorn the skyscrapers instead
I imagine there is a candle in my heart
    and walk
    slow and steady
    back to my little
    slice of heaven
on a slow and lazy day

On lazy days I like to sit in my pajamas and relax with my little dog, Oscar. Sometimes I’ll look at fashion blogs for inspiration. Other times I like to look at my fashion magazines either to read and find inspiration or to cut out pictures to add to my growing collage on my bedroom walls.

  • I love it when I sit in front of the computer. Search for awesome outfits, accessories and read blogs like FashionSalade. It boosts up my laziness :D And loving every cute pastel outfit of her :D

  • kinssy says:

    Hi Mayo and Rose Tatu

I’d love to make some cute things such as handicrafts, or probably a ‘do it yourself’ (DIY) projects. It doesn’t have to be a big, boring and serious projects, but just have fun by making a cute piece of knitting pattern as a scarf or a hairpin.
    It’s fun, simple and easy.
So instead of wasting the time, i could spend my precious time by making something useful.

    :) kinssy

According to me, a lazy day is full of very delicate and some fun moments. I spend these days with a very laid back attitude (Though I’m naturally laidback!).I’d wake up and make myself some coffee and smell through its lovely scent. It really refreshes me. Then I’d just sip some coffee and look through my window. The nature with its alluring beauty actually enchants me a lot. After that I’d open my computer and would look some lovely blogs(one is always yours!!!) and my own tumblr blog. I’d spend afternoons by talking with my BFF and boyfriend. Such days are always very special to me. A lazy day doesn’t mean being lazy. It’s just having some lazy thoughts, laid back attitude and of course being hopelessly romantic♥♥♥
Anyways, thank you Rose Tatu and mellow mayo blog for this awesome giveaway.♥
