
On July 6th, CHANEL opened the exhibition The Little Black Jacket: CHANEL’s classic revisited by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld*, a celebration to the modernity and timelessness of the CHANEL jacket.

The exhibition is held on Hollywood Road, a famous former crossroad of Eastern and Western culture, filled with cultural footnotes of Hong Kong’s intriguing history.
Presented at The Space, now one of the most famous contemporary art venues in town, the exhibition showcases around one hundred photographs depicting celebrities and other personalities in the iconic piece, lensed by Karl Lagerfeld and selected from the forthcoming book The Little Black Jacket: CHANEL’s classic revisited by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld*.

Guests at the opening included actresses Tang Wei, Cecile Cassel and Elisa Sednaoui, Chinese artist Yi Zhou, opinion leaders Hilary Tsui, Wyman Wong and Zing.
The exhibition will be open to the public from July 7 th to July 16 th 2012.
